We stand behind our product and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Want to make a return or exchange? No problem. Simply return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
What Items are NOT eligible for Return/Exchange?
- Bags that have been washed and/or used in any way.
- Bags damaged by improper use.
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items purchased more than 14 days ago.
- Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Can I return a gift?
Yes! You can return for store credit or exchange. If you would like to exchange your gift for another item, or simply another size, follow the steps below. Just make a note in your email that it's a gift you're exchanging. Make sure you've updated your shipping information! If you would like to return the item completely, we can give you store credit.
Can I return or exchange an item that is older than 30 days?
No. We feel 14 days is enough time for you to realize an item of ours doesn't work for you.
I purchased one of your bags from a store, do I return it to you?
If you purchased an Obed bag through a store please contact them to return it.
How to make a return or exchange
- Please contact us via email at www.obedbags.bigcartel.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
- Please make sure to include your name, Order number, What item you're returning and what item you're exchanging the return for.
- We will email you back with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and further instructions for the return/exchange.
